Pro: DOUBLE DRAGONS!!

I mean, duh. Gogi and Zoki. Dragic-to-Dragic. Double Dragons. Goran and Zoran. The possibilities for catchy tag lines after a big night from the Dragic brothers are endless!

In all seriousness, is there any scenario in which Zoran Dragic would be more likely to succeed with his transition to the NBA than playing with his All-NBA brother? Goran is coming off his (second) breakout season in which he averaged 20.3 points and 5.9 assists per game while shooting 50.5 percent from the field and 40.8 percent from three-point range. That’s the kind of player that can help anyone succeed.

Add that to how comfortable Zoran is playing with his brother for Slovenia and his chances of contributing off the bench skyrocket…much like a BABY DRAGON RISING MAJESTICALLY IN THE SKY TO JOIN HIS BROTHER DRAGON!

Anyway, Zoran joining Goran in Phoenix would not only be a great publicity move, but there’s a chance it’d have the same effect on the brothers that reuniting Markieff Morris and Marcus Morris had: they’ve never been happier in the NBA and they’ve never played better. After watching the Double Dragons play so well together at the FIBA World Cup this summer, it’s hard to not picture it working out in Phoenix as well.
