The 5 Most Intriguing Games On The Minnesota Timberwolves’ Schedule
1. Milwaukee Bucks at Minnesota Timberwolves – Nov. 26, 8 p.m. ET
Round one of Andrew Wiggins vs. Jabari Parker brought the house down at Las Vegas Summer League. The two get their first regular season matchup early on, only it will take place in Minnesota.
In Vegas, Wiggins looked slightly better than Parker in their matchup. He led all scorers with 18 points, threw down a pair of dazzling dunks, and flashed all of his athleticism that got him drafted by Cleveland in the first place. Parker, meanwhile, scored 17, and while he looked winded towards the end of the game, he got better as Summer League went on. About a month into their rookie seasons, we’ll get to see how they look against each other once again.
As for the game itself, the Bucks don’t look like they’ll be much better this season, and the Timberwolves will be at home on three days’ rest catching the Bucks on a back-to-back. Minnesota should dominate. However, we’ll all be there for Wiggins/Jabari anyway.
P.S. The return leg occurs in Milwaukee on Jan. 9.
