Jan. 23 – vs. Chicago Bulls (Will D-Rose Be Playing?)

Will Derrick Rose still be playing with the Bulls by late January? Hopefully, the answer is yes. And if he is, that means he’s better than ever and this primetime matchup against the Mavs will be awesome.

D-Rose has looked great during his stint with USA Basketball. Signs point to him being healthy for the first time in a couple years after those gruesome knee injuries that kept the former MVP sidelined for the last two Chicago playoff runs.

When Chicago has a healthy Rose, the Bulls are a top team in the league. The Mavs could always use tests against top teams in the league, and the hope is that he’s in the lineup by then.

Not just because it’s a great test for the Mavs, but it’s great for basketball in general.
