After being drafted in the second round, Scott has exceeded all expectations in the early part of his career. He is a talented offensive player, who still needs to increase his focus on the defensive end. With talented veterans and a good coach around him, Scott could continue to flourish in the NBA.

The Greg Monroe free agency situation is dragging on longer than anyone would have hoped for. The Pistons need to be considering all of the options around them, and Scott among others is one.

The biggest hope for Pistons fans though, should just be that the Monroe situation can get resolved while there’s still time to sign other quality free agents.
