1) A Bright Future Lies Ahead

All of the pain and suffering that Charlotte-faithful were forced to endure from 2011-2013 is in the past now, and the snake has completely shed that skin. Now, all eyes look towards the upcoming years – years in which there is only room to go up the rankings.

Noah Vonleh and P.J. Hairston were both steals at numbers nine and 26, respectively, and both have the potential to end up as quality players, maybe even stars, in the future. Kemba Walker is getting better and better, and even if Michael Kidd-Gilchrist doesn’t ever crack the 15 points per game mark, his tough play on the defensive end is a constant reminder of exactly what kind of team the Hornets are under Steve Clifford.

The Charlotte Bobcats are no more; the Charlotte Hornets are back in town.

Welcome to the Nest.
