Guide To The Rest Of The Roster

Stephen Holt – G

When not shouting out his own name, while pumping his fists in the air (shame on you, if you don’t get the reference), Holt has played for Saint Mary’s. The 22-year-old is a capable scorer, with an efficient touch from deep and the free throw line.

Abraham Millsap – G

Younger brother of Hawks’ All Star Paul Millsap, Abraham played at Tennessee State last year. Millsap had limited opportunities at Tennessee State, so he will be looking to use Vegas as a platform to showcase his talents.

Trevor Releford – G

Releford had an excellent season as point guard for the University of Alabama last year, and might well be one of the best point guards to go undrafted in this year’s class. Releford is a scorer, with very efficient shooting, while he also has a knack for picking pockets on the defensive end.

Michael Bramos – G/F

A former Miami Redhawk, Bramos has spent the past few years playing in Europe. Bramos is a guy who will do a little bit of everything from the wing, without having one particular standout attribute. The 27-year-old swingman most recently played with Panathinaikos in Greece.

Casey Prather – F

Prather spent four years as a slashing wing for the Florida Gators. Prather is capable at driving to the hoop to get his own basket, while he’s also a talented rebounder for a wing, averaging five per game for Florida last season.

Eric Dawson – F

Dawson is no stranger to the Hawks, having been a member of last year’s Summer League squad, and being part of the roster until deep into training camp. Dawson is a strong power forward, who has been dominant in the D-League with the Austin Toros for a number of years.

Edo Muric – F

Muric is a 22-year-old small forward from Slovenia who plays professionally in the Adriatic League in Europe. Muric is a solid shooter, who will grab rebounds and drop the ball off for assists, when the opportunities fall his way.

Travis Wear – F

Wear is a 23-year-old power forward who has played college basketball for both North Carolina and UCLA. Wear has a well-rounded game for his size, and will have no problem shooting jump shots or scoring inside.

D.J. Shelton – C

Shelton is a dominant rebounding center, who averaged just less than a double-double for Washington State last year. Shelton has a fondness for stretching the floor from deep, although he isn’t the most efficient shooter from that range.
