Atlanta Hawks: Summer League Roster Breakdown
By Adam McGee
Lamar Patterson
With the Hawks said to be working hard to continue adding depth in free agency, there’s a genuine opportunity for Lamar Patterson to show what he can do. Patterson was drafted by Milwaukee, before being immediately traded to Atlanta, a sign that he’s clearly a player the Hawks front office is high on.
Patterson will be hoping to show the type of efficient three point shooting, and solid defensive instincts that were on display during his time in Pittsburgh. If he manages to do this, there’s a legitimate opportunity for him to push himself into Atlanta’s wing rotation.
