Shooting Guard

15th Pick – Gary Harris

If the Hawks do go down the road of drafting a guy who can cover off a combination of Korver and Carroll’s skills, Gary Harris could be the best option. Harris is an outstanding defender, who will be capable of guarding at either the one or two spot in the NBA. He has a great eye for a steal, along with a competitive and winning attitude.

On the offensive end of the floor, Harris can knock down three-pointers, as well as having the ability to slash towards the rim. For his size, Harris can finish with explosive dunks at the basket.

Alternative options include: James Young, Zach LaVine

43rd Pick – Spencer Dinwiddie

Dinwiddie is the sort of well rounded two guard that could come in and help the Hawks straight away in their rotation. The Colorado Buffalo can finish around the basket, as well as spotting up and shooting the jump shot from both inside and out. Dinwiddie isn’t the greatest defender, but has strong instincts on that end of the floor and shows room to grow.

Alternative options include: C.J. Wilcox, Bogdan Bogdanovic
