Today on the Hard Screens Podcast, host Shane Young comes to you live from the outdoors, in the beautiful Kentucky weather.  Alone on the show, I play catch up for a little bit, since the show has been absent since the San Antonio Spurs were crowned champions.

Then, we dive into business.  Big city business.

Of all the teams in desperate need of rebuilding, the Los Angeles Lakers probably aren’t near the top.

No, that’s reserved for the Philadelphia 76ers, who love to tank everything away and put full trust in Sam Hinkie.  It’s also reserved for the Milwaukee Bucks, the saddest and most sorry franchise of the last five years, I would say.  Sorry, Wisconsin.

Hollywood still has two years left under their the realm of their superstar, Kobe Bryant.  That is, of course, if Bryant doesn’t want a smaller one-year deal when this $48.5 million contract is up.  I would bet on him trying to stick around if his health supports his play style in 2016.

So, no complete rebuild is set.  But, you still have to get younger, and start developing guys for the future.  Who should Mitch Kupchak go after with the No. 7 pick in Thursday’s NBA Draft?

Listen, and find out!
