In Scott’s first season as a professional, he attempted only one 3-point attempt and missed it. This year he attempted 200 of them and made 31 percent, which completely transformed his offense.

The extra dimension that long range shooting adds to Scott’s game makes him a much more dynamic offensive threat. Scott has good skill and athleticism inside, but his ability to become a stretch four offers opposing defenses a completely different look.

Currently, Scott’s long shot is more streaky than consistent. If he can continue to work on it and improve during the off-season, Scott could become even more dangerous heading into the future.
