Grant  Hill was an incredible talent who’s career will always be associated with “the what could have been”. Hill may never have reached his full potential due to frequent injuries throughout his career, but during his time as a Piston, he was a formidable force.

Taken with the third pick of the 1994 Draft, Hill was the driving force of a Pistons group who were trying to push themselves back to relevance in the race for titles. Hill led the Pistons to the playoffs in four of his six seasons in Detroit, helping to lay the foundations for what would become a Championship winning team in years to come.

Hill was a frequent triple-double threat in Detroit, capable of doing a bit of everything. Although he wouldn’t be around by the time the Pistons realized their title winning dream, Hill’s role in the success shouldn’t be underestimated.
