2. Boston Celtics

The Celtics are a team that no one has been talking about as far as the Carmelo sweepstakes, but they could be an intriguing destination if they choose to get involved. They have one of the most storied franchises, and they also have one of the best point guards in the NBA.

Anthony has been wanting to play with Rondo over the past couple of seasons, and this would be his ideal chance. Boston is in the middle of a rebuilding process, but the addition of Anthony would catapult them back into the playoff picture in the Eastern Conference.

There is no doubt that he would be the go-to guy in Boston, and he could make his stamp and take another step towards his legacy by winning with the Celtics.
