1. Playmaking Ability 

One of the Lakers’ biggest areas of need last season were players that could make plays for their teammates. Stephenson led the NBA in triple-doubles last season with five, and he showed a consistent ability to create plays. The Lakers would be getting a big lift, and Stephenson’s potential is through the roof. There is no denying that the Lakers need to bring in some serious talent to surround Bryant with, and Stephenson could learn quite a bit from one of the best shooting guards to ever play the game.
