1. Toronto Raptors

Lowry’s best option in free agency would be re-signing with the Raptors. He fit very well with the system that Dwayne Casey put in place, and his teammates fit very well around him. His ability to score the basketball and be the main ball-handler suits both the Raptors and Lowry, and the team is one of the best young teams in the NBA.

All that being said, the Raptors have made it clear that they will do anything that they can to re-sign him, and Lowry has made it clear that he wants to return to Toronto. There is no question that they offer him the best opportunity to fit in and win basketball games, and he likely will end up re-signing this offseason.
