The Toronto Raptors were very happy with the improved Kyle Lowry that they had this past season, but they could very well lose him in free agency this offseason. That being said, he has made it clear that his No. 1 desire would be to remain with the Raptors if they can make him a competitive offer. There are three teams that could really use him, and they are the top three free agent destinations in reverse order for him this coming offseason.
