3. Gordon Hayward

The Celtics are looking for a young scorer that would be able to help take over the load in the coming years. Brad Stevens coached Hayward at Butler, and it makes even more sense when that fact is thrown in there. He’s a very capable 3-point shooter, and can get to the bucket and finish well. There is still a lot of work for him to do on the offensive end of the floor, and he also needs to improve defensively to match up with the better small forwards in the NBA. That being said, at just 24 years of age, he has a bright future ahead of him and the Celtics would be very wise to lock him up this offseason.
