Overall, there are quite a few intriguing options for the Pacers at the point guard position even if they choose not to pursue one of these three names. There will be another article coming out in the near future about what three “darkhorse” point guards the Pacers could look at as well. That being said, all three of the players listed above would be huge upgrades to George Hill. The Pacers have made it clear that they are targeting an NBA Finals appearance after a disappointing 2013-14 campaign, and Lowry, Thomas, or Rondo would help them reach that goal in a big way.
