1. Kyle Lowry

Kyle Lowry was a huge piece for the Toronto Raptors this past season, but he will hit the free agent market in the offseason. The Pacers won’t have a ton of cap space to spend, but there would be ways that they could make a sign-and-trade happen with Toronto or even clear enough cap space to sign Lowry. He averaged 17.9 points, 7.4 assists, and 4.7 rebounds per game with Toronto this past season, and would be a huge upgrade. His ability to lead an offense as well as produce in every aspect of the game would help the Pacers take the next step of winning the Eastern Conference.
