Martin is used to having his contract expire, so this summer shouldn’t cause him to sweat too much. This season he has proved his worth in the NBA, and should be a guy that can pick up contracts around the league for a few years yet. Whether any of them will be in Atlanta remains to be seen, but with the Hawks draft and free agency focus seeming to be fixed on wing players, it’s likely Martin won’t be back next year.

End of Season Grade: C

Nothing spectacular, but offered a solid and reliable contribution when called upon. Good rotation player.
