2. Paul Pierce, Small Forward

Paul Pierce proved that he is still more than capable of playing at a high level despite his age this past season with the Nets, and would provide a nice upgrade at the small forward position as well. His scoring and leadership ability would be much needed in Atlanta, and it could be enough to get them through the first round of the playoffs. There is no denying the impact he can make on the game, especially in clutch situations when his team needs a basket. It’s going to be difficult for Atlanta to sell Pierce on signing, because he is looking to chase another ring before his calls it a career.
