Final Grade: B-
If I looked back on Butler’s season based upon on his inconsistency on offense, this grade would have been lower.
And although he has not developed into the outside shooter the Bulls were hoping for, his scoring average increased by 4.5 points per contest from a year ago.
This is an impressive jump when taking into consideration that two seasons ago he was playing just 8.5 minutes per game and struggling to find a spot in Tom Thibodeau’s rotation.
That being said, based on how he has progressed over the first three seasons of his career, it is safe to say he will add another level to his game in year four.
