Dirk is simply incredible. There’s no way at age 35 that he should be able to do the things that he does on a nightly basis. He has some help on the offensive end this year with big-time scorer Monta Ellis and yet he still leads the team at 21.7 points per game. He shot a ridiculous 49.7 percent overall, 39.8 percent from deep and 89.9 percent from free throw; narrowly missing yet another 50/40/90 season.

Dirk’s playoff numbers are great as well at 25.9 points and 10.3 rebounds over the span of 128 games. Dirk and company are going to have to pull off a mini miracle as they face the daunting San Antonio Spurs, but never count this big German out of anything.
