The Skinny:

Despite the up-and-down season, Marcus Smart has solidified his status as one of the top prospects in the 2014 NBA Draft, being considered a top pick in a class filled with talent. Smart showed flashes of brilliance that made some believe he could have been the top overall selection in the 2013 draft but also suffered a few short comings along the way. All things considered Smart is still a top pick candidate. He officially declared for the NBA Draft on Monday.
