The Pacers roared back from 25 points down in the second quarter to get an overtime win over the Pistons, who lost center Andre Drummond to a neck injury in the first period. Davis West scored six of his 15 points in the overtime period as Indiana pulled away. Paul George scored 30 points for the Pacers, Evan Turner added 20 and West and Andrew Bynum each scored 15. Josh Smith paced the Pistons with 23 points and four blocked shots, Rodney Stuckey scored 19 points, Greg Monroe had 17 points, 13 rebounds and three blocks and Brandon Jennings finished with 10 points and 12 assists.
ATLANTA HAWKS 97, Denver Nuggets 92
Jeff Teague hit a pair of go-ahead baskets late in the fourth quarter and the Hawks won their third straight game. Paul Millsap had 24 points and 11 rebounds for Atlanta, Kyle Korver added 18 points, Pero Antic scored 16 points, Jeff Teagle went for 15 points and 10 assists and DeMarre Carroll had 11 points, 10 rebounds and four steals. Kenneth Faried led the Nuggets with 25 points, Ty Lawson had 11 assists—but just two points while going 0-for-12 from the floor—and J.J. Hickson posted 11 points and 10 rebounds.
