BROOKLYN NETS 101, Toronto Raptors 97
The Nets wrapped up a season split with the first-place Raptors, moving to within three games of the leaders of the Atlantic Division. Paul Pierce—OK after a scare with his shoulder on Sunday—was plagued by foul trouble, but came up big down the stretch for Brooklyn, scoring 10 points in the fourth quarter as the Nets won their eighth straight game at Barclays Center. Shawn Livingston and Deron Williams scored 18 points each for Brooklyn and Pierce added 15 points and four steals. Kyle Lowry led the Raptors with 21 points and Amir Johnson and Tyler Hansbrough each tossed in 16, with Johnson also blocking four shots.
CHARLOTTE BOBCATS 105, Denver Nuggets 98
The Bobcats won their seventh in a row at home, with recently acquired Gary Neal coming off the bench to provide a spark with 19 points. Al Jefferson finished with 26 points and 13 rebounds for Charlotte, Kemba Walker scored 24 points and Josh McRoberts added 15. Ty Lawson led the Nuggets with 24 points, Aaron Brooks added 16 and Kenneth Faried knocked down 15.
