New York Knicks 107, CLEVELAND CAVALIERS 97
On the night the Cavaliers raised the No. 11 jersey of Zydrunas Ilgauskas to the rafters, the Knicks came in and spoiled the party, getting their third straight win to climb back into the playoff race while dropping Cleveland to 0-4 in March. With LeBron James on the bench to honor his friend and longtime teammate Ilgauskas, the Cavs surrendered the lead early in the fourth quarter as New York roared to a 14-1 run to take 91-81 lead. Carmelo Anthony shook off congestion in his chest and a horrific shooting start to score 26 points. Amar’e Stoudemire added 17 points and 12 rebounds, J.R. Smith scored 17 points and Tyson Chandler went for 15 points and 11 boards. Kyrie Irving scored 30 points for the Cavs and Spencer Hawes had 21 points and 10 rebounds.

Utah Jazz 104, PHILADELPHIA 76ERS 92
Utah salvaged the final game of a 1-5 road trip and sent the 76ers to their 16th consecutive loss. Philadelphia made a late run, tying the game 91-91 on Tony Wroten’s bucket with 2:52 left, but the Jazz then closed out the game with a 13-1 run. Gordon Hayward scored 22 points for Utah, Alex Burks added 19, while Derrick Favors (15 points, 14 boards) and Enes Kanter (13 and 10) posted double-doubles. Wroten had a career-high 30 points to go with four steals for the 76ers, Thaddeus Young added 18 points and James Anderson had 16. Michael Carter-Williams was held to four points on 2-of-13 shooting, but notched five steals.
