Jordan Farmar canned 8-of-10 from 3-point range en route to a career-high 30 points and the Lakers took advantage of DeMarcus Cousins’ one-game suspension to beat the Kings. MarShon Brooks added 23 points off the bench for L.A., Pau Gasol and Jodie Meeks each had 22 points and Kendall Marshall had 10 assists despite going scoreless in 19 minutes. Wesley Johnson logged 12 points and 12 rebounds. Rudy Gay paced Sacramento with 32 points, while Derrick Williams and Isaiah Thomas each scored 26 points, with Williams also grabbing 12 boards, and Jason Thompson added 17 points and 11 rebounds. The Lakers bench outscored the Kings reserves 58-21.

SAN ANTONIO SPURS 92, Charlotte Bobcats 82

San Antonio clinched its 17th straight winning season—every year Tim Duncan has been a Spur—behind Duncan’s 17 points and 16 rebounds. Manu Ginobili added 15 points. Al Jefferson had 20 points for the Bobcats and Gary Neal, acquired at the trade deadline from Milwaukee, scored 15 points. Josh McRoberts handed out 10 assists for Charlotte.
