Al Jefferson
Grade: A+
Can we please put Big Al in the MVP race? He is putting together the best season in Charlotte Bobcats history. The former Utah Jazz is averaging 20/10 on 49 percent shooting. Jefferson tore it up in the month of January, averaging 24/11 on 54 percent shooting. It was a disgrace that Big Al wasn’t in New Orleans for the All-Star Game. Not only is he deserving of an All-Star nod, but the 29-year-old might be the best center in the Eastern Conference. Want to know exactly how important Jefferson is? Big Al averages 25/11 in Bobcat wins. In their losses? 17/10.
