Three and half. That represents the number of games the Charlotte Bobcats are behind the Chicago Bulls for the fourth seed and home-court advantage in a first-round series. Now now, we all know how bad the Eastern Conference is but let’s give credit where credit is due. Two seasons removed from arguably the worst season in NBA history, the Bobcats find themselves right back in the thick of things.  As my part 1 of the midseason grades showed, the Charlotte Bobcats are a very thin team–no player received a grade higher than a “C”.
