In the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, Bill Simmons lived out a dream of pretending to coach celebrities and WNBA stars as if they were his beloved Boston Celtics, but it was Secretary of Education Arne Duncan who took everyone to school while leading the East to a 60-56 win.

Duncan scored 20 points to go with 11 rebounds and six assists, including this one to Skylar Diggins.

The fans took notice, voting comedian/actor Kevin Hart MVP … again. Hart, showing that some celebrities do have at least a modicum of humility (or at the very least shame), handed the trophy off to Duncan.

Here are the rest of the highlights from a game that I’ve never really understood the existence of. Look, celebrities! Look, basketball! Look celebrities … playing … basketball? Or trying to, anyway—who knew ineptitude could be so popular?

In fairness to Duncan, he’s not just a member of the Cabinet, he’s also a former Division I basketball player at Harvard.
