There is no denying Dirk these days. He’s been on an absolute tear, averaging 29.8 points on 62 percent shooting (55 percent from deep) to go along with 9.0 rebounds and 2.8 assists over his last five games. Not that he needed to justify it, but Dirk is one of the most diabolical competitors in the league. And you better believe he is playing with a giant chip on his shoulder after being counted out by so many of the so-called pundits for being on the downside of his Hall of Fame career.
