Tyrone Corbin, Utah Jazz

Is it Corbin’s fault that the Jazz let Paul Millsap and Al Jefferson go when they could have traded them at the deadline and gotten some sort of assets for them? No. Is it Corbin’s fault that he seems allergic to playing Alec Burks more than 27.3 minutes per night? Yes, it is. The Jazz are 104-122 in Corbin’s tenure, which isn’t terrible — but it’s also not good.

This is a young, up-and-coming team that needs a strong leader to provide direction. Has Corbin done a good job of developing Derrick Favors, who seems to have regressed this season? How much of a hand has he had in bringing Gordon Hayward along? The point is, Corbin doesn’t seem like the right fit and with all that youth, they better get someone in there who can develop the team instead of ruin them.
