4. Blake Griffin (PF, Los Angeles Clippers) 

You can deny Griffin all you want. Here, I think it’s time he got proper credit for carrying the leadership and production load he has since Chris Paul went down with a shoulder injury. The Clippers are the league’s best team in offensive efficiency since then, and that’s playing primarily through Griffin and Jamal Crawford. Most impressive, though, is that Griffin is getting it done on both ends of the floor and playing his best basketball when the Clippers need it most. They’ll be that much better when Paul returns.
