NBA: Player Rankings – Week 14
7. Tony Parker (PG, San Antonio Spurs)
Those folks who suggested that Parker’s selection as a Western Conference All-Star reserve came at the expense of some more deserving guards clearly have no concept of what it means to be the catalyst for a perennial championship contender. Don’t confuse Parker’s modest numbers with a lack of credentials. The man puts in work for a Spurs team that has dealt with a number of injury issues this season. And somehow he still find ways to consistently shred the competition, regardless of who else suits up for San Antonio each night.
