3. Jan. 21 Against The Portland Trail Blazers

Lets put Durant’s month into a greater perspective: His 33-7-5 game against the Miami Heat didn’t even make my top five list! In this showdown against the then best team in the West, Durant single handily brought OKC to victory. If his 46 points, five rebounds and four assists don’t impress you, take a load of this: Durant shot 6-of-7 from 3-point range! Portland didn’t even stand a chance. Not only was he hitting the three ball, but Durant was making shots all over the court. He made easy work of the Portland defense, shooting an efficient 68 percent from the field. How is 33 points on 68 percent shooting only ranked third? Take a look.
