18. Michael Carter-Williams (PG, Philadelphia 76ers)

It’s been a rookie season to remember in the history of the NBA. This season MCW is averaging 17.3 points, 6.5 assists, 5.7 rebounds and 2.6 steals per game. His ability to excel in all facets of the game is something we have not seen in a very long time and his ability to do so will surely keep Williams in the league for many years to come. As a rookie he has been put into a situation where he is one of the leaders on a 76ers team that is struggling to find their identity and he has definitely encountered challenges as the 76ers have posted a 14-30 record, which is bad, even for the Eastern Conference. MCW is just a rookie and the sky is the limit for this young man, who at this point, is almost a 100 percent lock for Rookie of the Year.
