2. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist

We all know Bobcat fans missed out on the Anthony Davis sweepstakes and were stuck with Michael Kidd-Gilchrist as their consolation prize. Not that MKG is a bad NBA player, but he is by no means a franchise player. He possesses all the traits of a perfect role and complementary player: great motor and defender. While his jump shot has improved marginally since joining the NBA, his 3-point shot is nowhere near on par with other small forwards. His 12.5 percentage shooting from downtown is abysmal and makes me lose hope in his potential to turn into an All-Star.
