Channing Frye scored a season-high 30 points despite not playing the final 9 ½ minutes and the Suns handed the Nuggets their second straight loss. He didn’t get back in because Phoenix’s second unit played so well down the stretch as the Suns put the game away with a 33-point fourth quarter. Markieff Morris had 16 points and Goran Dragic added 15. Anthony Randolph led Denver with 19 points, while Wilson Chandler, Ty Lawson and Evan Fournier each tossed in 17. Lawson added 14 assists and J.J. Hickson had a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds.
