Curry Is Back:

Speaking of finding his stroke, the Warriors must be thrilled that Curry’s found his touch again, especially from downtown. A look at the scoring column wouldn’t have indicated anything was wrong, but Curry shot 20 percent from downtown during a six-game stretch in the middle of January. In his last two games, Curry is averaging 32.5 points, 9.5 assists, 4.5 rebounds, 3.5 steals and is shooting 52.5 percent from the field and 8-for-19 from downtown.

Simply put, the Warriors will probably have slim chance of really contending for a championship without Curry knocking down his threes. The Warriors are a better defense than people realize and that will keep them afloat in a playoff series, but Golden State has to be happy that Curry’s early January shooting woes now look like they were just a part of an off week.
