18. DeMar DeRozan (SG, Toronto Raptors) 

With the departure of Rudy Gay this season, DeMar DeRozan has arose as the team leader and has regularly shone on the offensive end. This season DeRozan has averaged 21.3 points, 3.6 assists and 4.4 rebounds per game. With the help of DeRozan, the Raptors are one of four teams in the Eastern Conference with a plus .500 record. His points per game total is almost six above his career average and he is almost averaging two assists more per game. At only 24 years old, DeRozan has proven that he can be the go-to scorer while at the same time help lead his team to victory.
