NBA Championship

In 2013, the Heat made their third straight NBA Finals appearance and battled their way to back-to-back Championships after a grueling Eastern Conference Finals against Indiana, and a seven game thriller against the San Antonio Spurs for all the marbles.

Without a shadow of a doubt, this was certainly one of the best finales of all time and “The Shot,” by Ray Allen in the dying moments of game six to send the contest into overtime, will forever be remembered as one of the greatest shots in NBA history- certainly the biggest in Allen’s illustrious career.

For LeBron James, it marked the second year in a row he received NBA Finals Most Valuable Player honors and he had a remarkable block on Tiago Splitter that will continue to haunt the Spurs bigman for a long time.
