The current Sixers kits are bland, uninspiring and remind the fanbase of the age of mediocrity. It’s time to rid of the simple blue and red uniforms, and return to the gold, black, blue and red of the early 2000s. White home uniforms with a gold, red and blue trim would sell like hot cakes. Seriously, Michael Carter-Williams already sells an obscene amount of jerseys. Imagine if the jersey was actually…nice?

We’re fed up of mediocrity. Stop reminding us of the era of mediocrity every time the Sixers take to the floor at the Wells Fargo Centre.

It’s time to make the Sixers cool again. Just like during the days of Allen Iverson.
