Sam Hinkie proved he knows how to win a trade when he fleeced New Orleans for their 2014 first round pick and the draft rights to Nerlens Noel. It’s time to make some more deals, Sam.

Who needs to go, I hear you cry? Evan Turner, for one. He is not improving at the rate expected and there’s little-to-no chance that he’s a valuable piece worth building around. The 76ers probably wouldn’t match any offer he receives this offseason, so moving him now would make the team slightly worse and could help Philly acquire one or two nice assets.

Thad Young and Spencer Hawes should also go. Young deserves better than this. Send him to a contender. And as for Hawes…he has some value, right? The guy is a seven-footer shooting over 40 percent from three. Teams like Houston should be all over him.
