Should Have Traded For Lowry – Remember when there were talks about the Knicks trading a first-round pick in 2050 for Kyle Lowry? Apparently he took that personally, as he poured in 32 points, eight rebounds and 11 assists. Want to know why the Knicks are struggling so bad? Their starting frontcourt had 12 total rebounds, with J.R. Smith getting seven of them. Amar’e Stoudemire did score 23 points with nine rebounds off the bench.

ATLANTA HAWKS 118, Charlotte Bobcats 116 (OT)

Pero For ThreePero Antic saved the game with a one-legged miracle from three, then the Hawks held on to defeat the Bobcats in overtime. Paul Millsap scored 33 points with 13 rebounds and two blocks, while Louis Williams added 28 off the bench. The Bobcats got 24 points and 23 rebounds from Al Jefferson in a losing cause.

Dallas Mavericks 105, CHICAGO BULLS 83

We Will Rock You – The Mavericks led by as many as 32 en route to a dominating victory over the Bulls, who shot just 3-for-17 from the 3-point line. Monta Ellis scored 22 points with five assists, while Vince Carter and Dirk Nowitzki added 18 each. Joakim Noah scored 20 points with 10 rebounds, but he was the only real highlight for the Bulls, who fall to 11-17.
