1. Michael Carter-Williams, Philadelphia 76ers
He’s baaaaaaack. And as good as ever, it appears.
Michael Carter-Williams returned from missing seven games with an infection in his knee and helped the 76ers to a 1-1 week. He averaged 17 points, 11 assists, three rebounds and two steals in two games, while playing 34 minutes a night.
He shot 12-for-29 (41.4 percent) overall and was 1-for-5 (20 percent) from deep.
2. Trey Burke, Utah Jazz
It was an up-and-down week for Trey Burke and for the Jazz, who were 2-2 in four games. Burke averaged 17.5 points, five assists and 4.5 rebounds in 30.8 minutes per game for Utah.
He was 25-for-56 (44.7 percent) overall and 10-for-25 (40 percent) from 3-point range.
3. Matthew Dellavedova, Cleveland Cavaliers
Second-round pick Matthew Dellavedova got some extra playing time with Dion Waiters out with an injury and took advantage, averaging 6.3 points and 3.5 assists a game in 20.3 minutes a night for Cleveland, which was 1-3 for the week.
Dellavedova was 10-for-20 overall and 4-for-8 from 3-point land.
