It didn’t take a lot for Victor Oladipo to fall from the top spot in last week’s Rookie Rankings to second in this week’s. Unfortunately for Oladipo, he had a week that possibly could have dropped him as far as third. Luckily he has Trey Burke’s mediocre week to thank for this.

How bad was Oladipo’s week? How does three games, 26 points, 9-for-36 field goal shooting, 1-for-7 from 3-point range and seven turnovers sound? That was Oladipo’s collective stat line for the past week.

Those shooting numbers are not going to get the job done and are definitely not going to keep Oladipo at the top of the rankings. Another week like this and Mr. Victor could be dropping a few more slots the next time.
