Threes The Key – The Kings and Magic played a tightly-contested game in which both made 39 field goals, with the Kings having a one-point lead in free-throws. It was the 52.2 percent shooting from three that made the difference, with Rudy Gay (23 points), Isaiah Thomas (23 points) and Marcus Thornton (15 points) all making three of them. The Magic got 26 from Arron Afflalo in the loss.

Burke Brings Jazz Back – Trey Burke and Kemba Walker dueled in the second half, with Burke and the Jazz getting the best of it. Trailing by four at the half, Burke scored 15 in the second half as the Jazz pulled out a nice road win. Burke ended with 20 points and four assists. The Bobcats were led by Walker’s 20 points, five rebounds and four assists. Al Jefferson added 19 points, 11 rebounds and three blocks.
