Just Another Day – Another game, another near triple-double for LeBron James. James scored 30 points with nine rebounds and nine assists (on 13-of-17 FG) to lead the Heat to an easy win. The Heat shot a remarkable 63.4 percent from the field and outrebounded the Jazz 41-33. The Jazz got 31 points, seven assists and four steals from Alec Burks off the bench.
Washington Wizards 102, NEW YORK KNICKS 101
Beal’s Back – Bradley Beal hit the game winner as part of his 21 points and seven rebounds, as the Wizards start to get healthy. Martell Webster scored 30 off the bench, hitting 6-of-8 from the 3-point line. John Wall added 20 with six rebounds, eight assists and two steals. The Knicks chose to not use a timeout at the end of the game and settled for a 3-point attempt by Carmelo Anthony (32 points, four blocks). Mike Woodson takes a lot of undeserved blame, but this one really made no sense.
