15. Monta Ellis (PG, Dallas Mavericks)

Monta Ellis has certainly revitalized his career in Dallas. So far this season, Ellis is averaging 20.8 points, 5.6  assists and 3.4 rebounds per game. This is the first time in a while that Ellis has both averaged more than 20 points per game and been in the top 15 in scoring average. Only twice in his eight-year career has he averaged more points than he’s averaging now (2009-10 and 2010-11). With Ellis and Dirk Nowitzki leading the offensive front for the Mavs, the team has been doing quite well, posting a 14-10 record to start the season and currently holding the eighth spot. If Ellis continues his high scoring spree, who knows what could happen in Dallas as they are always hoping to make a serious playoff run every year. I’m sure Mark Cuban has something up his sleeve, though.
