The first thing the Grizzlies need to worry about is getting Marc Gasol back. Their second problem is their bench–or lack of. When Kosta Koufos is your leading scorer off the bench, you have a problem. The guard position has been the Grizzlies main weakness. Outside of Mike Conley and Tony Allen, Memphis is getting no production from their backcourt. Nick Calathes is averaging 16 minutes a game for the Grizzles in December–I think that says enough about their backcourt problems.
